For those of you who have been following my little blog, first of all, THANK YOU!, second of all, you may have noticed a small change in my bio. Two weeks ago I made a move from Keller Williams Coastal Realty (KWCR), where I got a wonderful start in the business to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
I have been asked by many people why I made the change, and whether I was unsatisfied with KWCR. In truth, I really wasn't. The leadership at KWCR and the education coordinator Shannon Aldrich provided great opportunities to learn and grow my business. But my daddy always told me that sometimes in life you've got to make a move just because you know you do, and that was the case for this transition.
Physically speaking, I have moved a mile down the road. Coldwell Banker's office is right in downtown Portsmouth, walking distance to almost everything. Professionally, I have moved into a smaller office with a more personalized view of the business. Mary Williams, the head of this office, welcomed me with open arms (literally!) after trying to recruit me for two years. Within days, I was provided with everything I need to make the transition smoothly. Here at CBRB, I am able to enjoy the benefits of individualized coaching, online marketing support, access to the most current market data (which is literally updated every few minutes), and much more.
The things that will change will be my email, my brokerage, and my webpage (please be patient with www.SellWithSelig.com as it goes through the transition process, too).
The things that will never change include the personalized care I give to each client, my dedication to growing my knowledge and acting with integrity, my desire to educate clients about the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate, and my commitment to finding the very best service providers to use for referrals.
